Located in one of the most dynamic and fast-growing areas of the Northern Key Economic Region, ECOPARK Ecological Urban Area enjoys exceptional geographical advantages, situated upstream of the Bac Hung Hai River and surrounded by the Red River and the Duong River. Designed by Kume Sekkei, a renowned Japanese architectural firm, with a core concept centered on ecology and greenery, ECOPARK clearly reflects the vision of the developer, Viet Hung Urban Development and Investment Joint Stock Company, to create a true “City of Green”—a place where nature is seamlessly integrated into everyday life while offering residents a fully serviced and comfortable urban lifestyle.

The ECOPARK urban complex comprises three residential typologies: luxury villas, townhouses, and residential apartment buildings. For vertical transportation within the 13 apartment towers—including 3 towers of 19 floors, 6 towers of 22 floors, and 4 towers of 25 floors—Mitsubishi Electric elevators have been selected to serve residents. A total of 26 elevators, primarily from the NEXIEZ-MR series, have been installed and evenly distributed, with two elevators per tower. Accordingly, the three 19-story towers are equipped with six elevators, the six 22-story towers with twelve elevators, and the four 25-story towers with eight elevators. These 26 elevators feature high speed and load capacities, ranging from 120–150 meters per minute and 750 kg to 1,150 kg. In addition, one ELENESSA elevator with a larger capacity of 1,275 kg has also been installed to further support operations within ECOPARK.

For the ECOPARK elevator system, several essential and advanced features have been selected to ensure reliable performance and passenger safety. These include FER (Fire Emergency Return) and FE (Firefighter’s Emergency Operation), which allow the elevators to operate safely and support emergency response in the event of a fire. The MBS – 2 Door feature ensures safe door opening and closing, helping to prevent injuries to residents. Additional supporting functions such as DKO-TB—a button that extends door opening time—and FCC-A (Automatic False Call Canceling), which eliminates incorrect or unnecessary calls to save time and energy, further enhance system efficiency. With the MELEYE control system, group elevator monitoring and management are fully optimized.
