At Happy Valley, a total of 19 NEXIEZ-MR elevator units have been installed, directly imported from Mitsubishi Electric’s AMEC factory in Thailand. To serve a large number of residents, these elevators have been significantly invested in in terms of load capacity and speed. With a large capacity of 1,000 kg, a high speed of 150 meters per minute, and safety as a top priority, residents at Happy Valley can enjoy a more comfortable and reassuring experience in their daily vertical transportation.

In addition, all 19 elevators are equipped with two essential features designed for early prevention and enhanced safety for residents living in high-rise apartments: FER (Fire Emergency Return) and FE (Firefighter’s Emergency Operation). FER is a standout Mitsubishi Electric safety function that ensures passenger protection in the event of a fire. Specifically, when a fire alarm is activated or the building’s fire detection system is triggered, all elevator calls are canceled, and all elevators immediately return to and open their doors at a designated floor to allow passengers to evacuate. Once FER has completed the evacuation process, the FE function is activated. At this stage, the elevators operate exclusively to support firefighting and rescue operations.

With these combined features, the high-end Happy Valley residential complex has successfully made a strong impression and attracted residents to make it their home. In doing so, it has created a true “happy valley,” filled with the vibrant sounds and lush green hues of life, living up to its name.
