The NOWZONE complex is a development owned by Fei Yueh Vietnam and is composed of three architectural blocks. The first is the NOWZONE Fashion Mall, a four-story shopping center. The second is the Royal Tower office complex, consisting of two blocks, each rising 14 stories. These two structures are seamlessly connected and share a motorcycle parking basement and a car parking basement. The remaining block is the upscale Hotel Nikko Saigon, which is built on a separate site.

The office and shopping mall blocks were designed by C.Y. LEE & Partners. True to its name, the architectural concept emphasizes a modern and fashionable style while placing strong focus on environmental considerations. To create a cool and airy atmosphere, the walkways on both sides of the office block are landscaped with a variety of ornamental plants, forming a green space that enhances the freshness and cleanliness of the surrounding environment. Inside the building, the interiors are impressively designed and equipped with advanced, high-end facilities. Integrated into this architectural ensemble are Mitsubishi Electric’s elevator and escalator systems.

The elevators used in both the office and commercial blocks belong to the ELENESSA series, directly imported from Mitsubishi Electric’s AMEC factory in Thailand, and feature a high load capacity of 1,050 kg, equivalent to approximately 14 passengers. A total of 11 elevators are installed and allocated across the blocks: the shopping mall uses three units, while each office block is equipped with four units. All elevators are fitted with a range of Mitsubishi Electric’s standard and useful features, such as the FER and MELD safety functions to support passenger evacuation in emergency situations. The SR-2BEAMS and SDE both-sides functions ensure door safety, while the AECC function provides an arrival chime when the elevator reaches its destination floor. In addition, a 24V ITP intercom system allows passengers inside the cabin to communicate with staff outside.

A distinctive feature of the elevator experience at the NOWZONE shopping center is the two-sided, dual-door system installed within a single cabin, designed for customers traveling from the parking basement to the main lobby and shopping floors. With a spacious cabin and doors opening on both sides, passenger flow is smooth and convenient, offering a fresh and engaging experience for the majority of visitors.

In addition to the elevators, the NOWZONE Fashion Mall is equipped with six S1200 JS-SE escalators to further support passenger movement and enhance the shopping experience across multiple floors. As a premium destination for cosmetics, accessories, and high-end fashion brands, NOWZONE frequently transforms its interior spaces into a dazzling and luxurious setting, especially during major festive seasons.
