The project was designed by the renowned U.S.-based architectural firm Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, the designer behind many iconic global developments such as the Hong Kong Financial Centre, the Petronas Twin Towers in Malaysia, and the Bank of America Headquarters in North Carolina. The design philosophy aims to maximize usable floor area while expressing a bold, contemporary architectural language that breaks away from the traditional character of surrounding buildings, at the same time symbolizing the enduring strength and sustainable growth of the banking industry.

Meeting the building’s high standards of quality, prestige, and intelligent design requirements, the elevator systems installed here are imported directly from Japan and South Korea, with cabin capacities ranging from 1,600 to 2,000 kg. The elevators utilize the high-speed NexWay series, enabling travel speeds of up to 300 meters per minute. The elevator cabins feature a refined and elegant interior design, highlighted by light wood-toned wall panels and dual floor indicator displays, allowing passengers to select their destinations easily and enjoy a truly comfortable journey.
